I'm not particulary a practicioner/appreciator of abstract painting, but I do promote free style strokes and eventually lots of them in combination lead to a kind of abstract composition. So this is what came out, don't expect nothing from it, just doing what I do to live with what I have.
My grandma was an exeptionally strong woman, giving birth and raising 12 children in the country. Sending them all to college and all of them becoming professional and productive members of society. She made it all seem so easy, flawless and beautiful. She taugth me what love means in a very creative distinctive way. There were 14 people around the house at one time and with just 2 or 3 pounds of rice and a couple of vegetables she would feed each and everyone of them. I don't know how she did it, but the fact is that these people felt happy and full. I figure out some of her love went into each plate.
Argentinian singer Facundo Cabral once said: "My mother she was never smart, not because she couldn't learn, but because everytime she was about to learn something, happiness would arrive and distracted her. She never used an agenda because she only did what she love, and this her heart would remind her all the time. So this means she only dedicated herself to live, and had no time for anything else. This was kindda the way I feel my grandmother lived her life. She went very peacifully. No regrets, with everyone who love her at her side when she did.
